Product Download:
All of our free products are available for download anytime from WordPress.org and our site as well. For premium products, users will get an account on our site if they complete the checkout process. Once the checkout process is complete, Purchased products can be downloaded from the My Account page. Users must log in to see my account page. Updated versions of products, PDF invoices, and license keys are also available on my account page. If you want to add your Tax ID on your invoice, edit your profile information and add your Tax id and company name. Then download the PDF invoice again.
Payment Processing :
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

If anyone has any problem with our products are requested to contact us. We will try to answer the questions as first as possible. Be specific and tell as many details as you can. Add screenshots and site URL to your site. All of the support emails from the contact page are private and can only be seen by our support engineers. So you can share your site login access if you want.
