Ensuring the utmost user data privacy is our top priority, and we greatly value your information. All personal details of our registered users, including names, emails, and addresses, are treated with the highest level of security. We are fully committed to safeguarding this information and assure our customers that we will never share their data with any third party.
To adhere to the transparency requirements under the EU-wide General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have made significant updates to our Privacy Policy. We embrace these changes and strive to comply with GDPR guidelines.
To provide a seamless and hassle-free experience, we intentionally collect minimal information from customers. This includes names and emails as personal details. Additionally, for security purposes, we collect temporary information such as browser data, site usage statistics, IP addresses, and general location data obtained from your browser. Billing and payment details are only collected when a purchase is made, and such information is securely submitted by you.
The collection of your personal information is necessary for identifying you as a user and granting future access to your account to download purchased products. Our goal is to ensure you have access to your assets, identify authorized users, and provide product updates and follow-ups.
Rest assured that we do not share, rent, or sell any data to third parties. Only ThemeAtelier has access to the information you submit. You have complete freedom to keep your personal details up-to-date through your account settings and can request the deletion of your data, including your account, by contacting us at [email protected].
As long as you maintain an account with us, we will retain your name and email address. However, if you choose to unsubscribe and delete your account, we will no longer have access to your data.
When you make a purchase or register on our site, we collect basic information (name and email) through forms to identify you as a registered user. These data are securely stored on our server located in the US. We utilize this information to provide support, ensure future access to your purchased products, deliver product updates, gather feedback, and send marketing materials.
We do not permit anyone under the age of 13 to provide personal information on our websites or make any purchases.
Our site contains numerous resourceful blog posts, including product reviews, tutorials, and related resources. Some of these may redirect you to third-party websites. Please note that once you click on a third-party link, you will leave our site, and we cannot control the activities of those external websites or their use of your personal information.
During plugin setup you may see an optional dialog inviting you to receive tips and product news. This is entirely optional. The plugin works fully whether you opt in or click “No, thanks.”
Only if you enter your email, check the consent box, and click “OK, keep me posted” do we collect and store the following in our own contact management system (FluentCRM, self-hosted on themeatelier.net):
We use this to send product updates, tips, and offers. The environment details (WP/PHP/theme) help us tailor relevant compatibility information.
Clicking “No, thanks” or skipping the step sends us no email and no opt-in data. Update/license checks above still occur, as they are needed for the plugin to receive updates.
By checking the consent box and clicking the opt-in button, you agree to receive email communications from ThemeAtelier. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by contacting us. Unsubscribing never affects plugin functionality.
Newsletter and licensing data is stored on ThemeAtelier’s own servers. We do not sell or share it with third-party marketing services. Our email infrastructure (FluentCRM) is self-hosted by us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing [[email protected]]. Uninstalling a plugin stops further data collection from that site.
We use cookies, including third-party services like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, to analyze user behavior, gather demographic information about our user base, and obtain other statistics. If you prefer not to have cookies placed on your browser, you can disable them through your browser settings.
We take data breach and protection very seriously. In the unfortunate event of any data breach, such as alteration, unauthorized access, or loss of data, we will promptly notify you via email.
You have full control over your personal details through your account settings. Should you wish to delete your data or request a copy of it, please reach out to us at [email protected].
By registering on our site or subscribing to our newsletter, you become part of our community, and we may send you newsletters or emails containing product updates, the latest releases, or discounts that we believe may interest you. If you no longer wish to receive such notifications, you can easily opt out using the unsubscribe button in our emails or by contacting us at [email protected]. Your email will be promptly removed from our subscriber list.
This Privacy Policy update will be effective from 27th June 2026, and we will notify you immediately of any further changes via email.
