Do ThemeAtelier plugins work with third-party plugins?

Are your plugins compatible with all themes?

How often do you release updates?

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy. If the plugin doesn’t work as expected, or you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Why haven’t I received my purchase receipt or license?

Sometimes emails get delayed or land in spam. Please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll resend it immediately.

Why can’t I log into my account?

Where can I find the plugins I purchased?

After logging in to your ThemeAtelier account, you’ll see your purchased plugins, license keys, and subscription details under the Downloads section.

How do I change my billing information?

Simply log into your account dashboard and update your billing details. Our support team can also assist if you run into issues.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You’ll continue to receive updates and support until the end of your billing cycle. After that, the plugin will still work, but you won’t get new updates or support unless you renew.

What happens when my license expires?

The plugin will keep working, but you won’t get updates or support until you renew your license.

How do I renew my license?

We’ll send you an email reminder before your license expires. You can renew with just one click from your account dashboard.

Will my license renew automatically?

Yes, if you enabled auto-renewal at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually renew anytime.

What if I don’t renew my license?

You can still use the plugin, but you’ll miss out on updates, bug fixes, and new features.

Do I get updates automatically after renewal?

Yes. Once your license is active, updates are delivered automatically inside your WordPress dashboard.
